This policy explains what personal data Morocco Tours collects through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, contact message, review, comment or newsletter subscription we store the details you enter (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, travel dates, hotel and your message). We do not take online payments and never ask for card details on this website.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, organise your tour (pickup, guides, accommodation) and — if you subscribed — send our newsletter. We never sell your data.
Sharing
For a confirmed tour we share only the necessary details (name, pickup, date, number of travellers) with the driver, guide, camp or guesthouse involved.
Retention & your rights
Booking data is kept for accounting obligations; newsletter data until you unsubscribe. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@morocco-tours.lol. Moroccan law 09-08 and, for EU residents, the GDPR apply.
