Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Casablanca Arrival – Rabat

Your private driver greets you at the airport. Visit the Hassan II Mosque before continuing to Rabat for the night. (Total: 1.5 hours driving)

Day 2

Rabat – Chefchaouen Guided Tour

Explore Rabat's Oudaïa Kasbah, Hassan Tower and Mohammed V Mausoleum, then head north to the vividly blue town of Chefchaouen — steep, indigo-limewashed streets and ornate doorways between two mountain peaks. (Total: 4 hours driving)

Day 3

Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis (Walili) with a local guide, then Meknes' Bab Mansour gate, Agdal Reservoir and old Medina, before continuing to Fes. (Total: 4.5 hours driving)

Day 4

Fes Guided Tour

A full day in the world's oldest working medina: the Royal Palace exterior, Blue Gate, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, Al Quaraouiyine University, the tanneries and Borj Sud.

Day 5

Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Cross the Middle Atlas via Ifrane's cedar forests and Barbary apes near Azrou, lunch in Midelt, then the Ziz Valley's palm groves to Merzouga. Camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset. (Total: 7 hours driving)

Day 6

Sahara Desert Exploration

A full day exploring the Erg Chebbi dunes by 4x4: the Merzouga oasis, Khamlia village and its Gnaoua musicians, nomad tents, and Merzouga Lake. Continue to Rissani's historic salt-caravan souk. Afternoon free for the pool or an optional quad bike / dune buggy excursion.

Day 7

Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

Morning music with the Musicians of Khamlia, then leave the Sahara for the Dades Gorge via Todra Gorge's 300-metre canyon walls, and the Dades Valley's famous zigzag road. (Total: 4 hours driving)

Day 8

Dades – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou

Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Africa" (optional Atlas Studios visit), then the UNESCO-listed ksar of Ait Benhaddou on the old Sahara caravan route. (Total: 3 hours driving)

Day 9

Tazenakht – Taliouine – Taroudant

Stop in Tazenakht, land of hand-woven carpets, then Taliouine, Morocco's saffron-growing heartland, where women's cooperatives extract and grade the spice. Arrive in Taroudant, an authentic Berber market town often called "Mini Marrakech" but far less visited. (Total: 3.5 hours driving)

Day 10

Taroudant – Agadir – Essaouira

A different side of Morocco along the Atlantic coastline via Agadir to Essaouira — a whitewashed, blue-shuttered medieval seaside town of thuya-wood workshops and art galleries. (Total: 4.5 hours driving)

Day 11

Essaouira Leisure Day

A full free day to explore the UNESCO-listed medina, the Jewish mellah, the fishing harbour and the Skala du Port ramparts at your own pace.

Day 12

Essaouira – Marrakech

Drive through orange groves, olive farms and argan forest — argan trees grow wild only in this corner of the world, valued for their nutritive and cosmetic oil. (Total: 3 hours driving)

Day 13

Marrakech Guided Tour

The 12th-century Koutoubia Mosque, El Bahia Palace and Majorelle Gardens with a local guide, then the souks to Jemaa el-Fnaa for storytellers, musicians and fresh juice.

Day 14

Marrakech – Casablanca

A relaxed morning, then check out and drive to Casablanca via the highway for free time in the city.

Departure

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight after breakfast.
